A little rain, not quite as hot, but very humid. Thank you very much!
After chores I decided to make some green tomato relish. These are the San Marzanos from the plants that were falling over yesterday.
Had to go out in the rain to get an onion so I pulled several. They are honkin' big!
I loved the smell in the kitchen. Hopefully it will taste good.
Watched the olympics for awhile. Still going crazy on line over the horse issues there.
Eventually, I started on dinner. Coleslaw made from our own cabbage....
corn, and you guessed it.....sloppy Joes (open faced).
We have company coming tonight and her plane has been delayed. She is doing another clinic at The Renaissance Equestrian Center and will be here until Monday.
Tucked the boys in at 8:30. Even darker tonight.
Little Wonder is assisting me at the moment.

That relish recipe looks good. We have relief coming sometime tomorrow fro heat and let's hope, humidity. Then it should come to you. Enjoy your company.
