In the 40s again, but this time we had some sunshine.
Little Wonder finished his carrots and we were out the door for morning chores.
Before we went out, it looked like this....
and then the sky cleared up and it looked like the barn was exploding.
At 1, I was down at Terry's playing bridge....lots of goodies.
Home around 4:30.
Gary had finished making his 3rd raised bed.
I started on dinner by sautéing some peppers and onions...added a chopped tomato.
In the meantime, I had boiled some potatoes.
Put all that together in a big pie plate....
topped with eggs....salt and pepper and put it in the oven.
Out for chores a little before 6 to tuck the boys in.
Back in the house and once the eggs were getting firm, added some shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese.
Another breakfast for dinner.
Night all.
