Stephanie and Bandit Arrived

A very beautiful day....again....

After chores we got ready to go into Brighton for a brunch.

It was held at a beautiful lodge and we were able to catch up with so many people we have not seen for a very long time.

Home before 2 and we took it easy for the afternoon.

Stephanie left Normal this morning at 8am with her trusty companion, Bandit.  We kept in touch as she drove through state after state.

Dinner was simple.  A salad made with cherry tomatoes, onion, avocado and a hard boiled egg topped with a balsamic dressing.  A great combo.

I also made a big pot of Mac and cheese in case Steph wanted dinner.

Chores at 8.

Steph and Bandit arrived shortly after I got back in the house.  They are such troopers, after 12 hours of driving.

Little Wonder is going to have a pal for a few days.
