This weather makes your body ache.
Not a very productive day. Little Wonder snoozed and I watched a movie.
By evening chore time, it was absolutely pouring. We will need an ark by morning.
Buddy and Rebel were smart enough to hang out under the shed roof but were happy to get inside.
Earlier, I had made some black beans (onions, peppers, tomatoes, salsa, cumin and a few red pepper flakes) and put them in a crock pot to cook down and thicken. Jenny happened to be on her own tonight, so she came up for dinner. "Deconstructed black bean burritos."
Black beans, cheese, peppers, greens, green onions, tomatoes, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and
crushed up corn chips
Attacked it with a fork and knife....then started eating.
