No rain today and we had a few minutes of sunshine.
The pond in the back pasture was still there.
After chores I ran a couple of errands and when I got back to the farm they delivered our new stove.
They are so different now. More substantial looking, but they don't weigh as much. This one has an air fryer and I have no idea how to use it. Sounds like a good option.
I roasted a chicken in it and it turned out beautifully. Spent much of the afternoon watching the search for the Speaker of the House. What a crazy dance. Was surprised they went for the 10th round this afternoon. Chores at 5. All three were full of mud....big surprise.
Dinner was delicious. Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes with the au jus and leftover coleslaw.
Off duty. Time to get back to the fire.

That is a nice stove! My stove has a convection oven which I think is what an aide fryer is. But, I bought and air fryer anyway! I love that Seamus! I could hug him all day. Dinner....yum
