Another muggy day....low 80s, but no rain.
Our friend Max made a couple of changes on the lawn tractor I bought and brought it back today.
After I tested it, just kept mowing! All the rain made the grass grow.
Tonight Summer Serenades, featuring Chris Wilson, was sponsored by Sue and John Bixler and before the concert Sue shared a very moving statement in celebration of the lives of Jennifer and Abaynesh. A gift of a daffodil bulb was given to all present to remember Abay, as she loved gardening with her Mom and yellow was her favorite color. We will all be reminded of them and the Schlect family when the flowers bloom each year.
Chris was unable to sing this song at the memorial service because of Covid, so he sang it tonight.
His daughters sang a song with him. They are so personable and can harmonize!
Chris sang until the sun was ready to go down!
The moon was beautiful by the time I got back to the farm.
Night all.

Looks like it was a great time.
I am sure looking forward to having our mower working again.
So far the repair guy has not shown up. :(
