It's a good thing I went out at 8:30 last night to put blankets on Rebel and Seamus. Quite a drop in temperature...no colic needed. It was raining this morning. After they had breakfast I let Seamus out first and he wanted to visit his buddy. Notice the greeting.
I put all the hay under the shed roof so they could stay dry.
We had another Monday rehearsal at Nancy and Tom's.
We have two gigs coming up with two different playlists. The first is some of our older songs and the second is 50s music. Two weeks apart. So, we keep practicing over 35 songs and you have heard them all by now.
As soon as I got back to the farm I made some chicken salad and got ready to go out for evening chores. Rebel and Seamus got wet from the rain and then both went into the newly raked indoor for a good roll. Tomorrow morning they are going to need some grooming.
What an ugly day. We expect a little snow by morning.
Dinner was delish.
Night all.

Those rapid temperature changes sure are hard on all the animals.
We had a rapid temperature change too. Now everything under the fresh snow is ice!
Your music group sounds beautiful. I love the little snippets you let us listen to,
Wish I could be a little mouse and sit in the corner and listen all afternoon! And then go groom horses.
