48-10

A busy day.

Little Wonder wanted to go out at 6:40am.  What a beautiful sunrise.

Went back to bed for a good hour.

Our friend Ed, brought over is tractor and started working on the big pasture at 10am.

He continued while I went down to the library for a meeting.  When I got back to the farm it looked like this.  It's going to have to be mown one more time before I can handle it with my lawn tractor....so much heavy grass.  Once it dries it will be easier to recut.
This was homecoming weekend at the college.  Today started off with a parade down Main St.
We were invited to the college president's box to watch the game and have lunch.
It was my first time there.
So well set up.  If you look out the window to the West you can watch soccer and to the left you can see the football game.
Many friends, lots of alumni, and we were able speak with the new President and her husband.
I indulged in the food department, while trying not to overdo it.

Brockport beat RPI 48-10.  They were really cooking today.
Gary brought me home and went back to the village to visit our friend Ulpi, who was not able to go to the game.  Dropped off some veggies.
No big dinner tonight....that's for sure.  2 pieces of French toast.  Have to get back on the wagon tomorrow.
Night all.
