What a gorgeous day. Near 60, crispy.
I had to pick some new tulips for the table in the kitchen and the one in the library. They are fading in the gardens.
We have now switched our rehearsal day to Wednesdays in the "Music Studio."
For the second time, Little Wonder wanted to join us.
Lori Staubitz was not able to attend, so it was just the 4 of us and we had a great time.
We always start out with something we are pretty familiar with and go on from there.
today it was "Goodnight Sweetheart." After that we sang a variety of new and old songs as we are working toward a set list we'll use when we play at the Farm Market in June.
We were in the Studio for over three hours. The time always flies.
You can't imagine how much fun it is to sing and play.
Gary had a board meeting, so Little Wonder and I grabbed some dinner and went down to watch the end of Finn's baseball game. They won.
Back home around 7.
That's it for now.
Night all.

Puff, an old favourite of mine, then the finale, Four Strong Winds, what a wonderful deep bass voice, and harmonising to join in, I could listen all day. I have planted tulips here, and have some in my Mother's Day arrangement, just starting to open now.
What a great time. So much going on!
Our tulips are all done and the peonies are getting heads on them. So dry again here that the peonies which are normally as tall as my waist are now...only knee high.
Your music sound fabulous. We too are back playing together here in California but limiting ourselves to outdoors in a park gazebo. Some days people were playing wearing fingerless gloves!
lilysgrannie. Glad you like our music....it's so much fun, getting together. Do you ever record the music you play? Would love to hear it!!!!
