TOO MUCH....

Seymour and Sidney have many baskets to snuggle up in. I let them go out in the back yard before we go out to the barn.

Chores as usual.
The kitties are really getting used to the dogs, and visa versa. Gucci is more interested than Phoebe.
When we left the grooming room I let them go out in the paddock for a few minutes. Trying to get them to come when I call.

The temperature was great today.

Seymour and Sidney are really starting to eat. I got smart and put their food on top of the crate so the dogs can't steal it.

Joan stopped over this morning to show me her new puppy Patches.
What a sweet and gentle dog.

He loves his Mama!
After they left I went into work mode and asked Gar to help me move some furniture. The art tables went out to the studio barn, the library table went back to the dining room, and the piano went into the library.
I'm liking the new more simplified look.

Phoebe was happy to be able to relax when all was finished.
Did evening chores and ran down to Wegmans for a few things.
Around 9, Ann Forrest was dropped off at our house by Joan. She will be doing a saddle fitting clinic out at Glen Darach Farm tomorrow and stays with us when she is in the area. We figure she has been doing this for about 12 years. We had a great late dinner and then she wanted to look at the books I have been making.
She is also interested in photography.
I put the horses in and can hardly keep my eyes open...and my right knee is feeling all the bull work I did today.

Night all. I need some serious rest...

Hi Lori, What time is the clinic and who is invited? I have to sleep but am always interested in hearing what others have to say about fitting saddles. Also, I saw that you sold the cart but did you sell the harness too? There was one other question that I wanted to throw at you but can't remember it right now. Thanks, Cindy

Your house is gorgeous! It's the kind of "welcome clutter' that I'd like to achieve. I just don't know how ... I'm more suited for making my barn functional then my home comfortable..

Have a great day!

Your home is lovely and welcoming. Phoebe looks like she's tuckered out after supervising moving furniture.

Looks like you've added the kittens to your morning routine fairly easily. Soon they'll be mousing for you.
