Cooler and much less humid. What a day!
I finished chores just as the farrier arrived.
Buddy was first and we assessed Rebel before deciding to do his feet. He was moving well and I had just put on a new boot yesterday. She did all those not wrapped and he stood well. He has had his quota of bute and as of tonight is going cold turkey. Jessy will be coming back to finish that foot after she once again, checks for an abscess. Want to see how he is for the next two days.
More blossoms today.
My friend Judy stopped up and brought us a few treats for lunch. We had the stuffed bread with leftover pasta from yesterday,
Gary spent the afternoon working on the island garden.
I went to the library for bridge and stopped at Wegmans on the way home.
At 5:30 Little Wonder and I drove Gary down to the Welcome Center for Summer Serenades, then went back home and packed us a simple dinner.
Got down there around 7.
Tonight featured Mike and the Motivators.
So many of my pals support these concerts!
Home just before 9 and it was almost dark.
Not only was Rebel moving well, he and Buddy were running around (giving me a heart attack).
Little Wonder decided to go out with me and then waited on the porch.

Rebel is moving well. He does keep you on your toes. We have about 10 days of hot and humis ahead of us.
