It was about 0 when I got up this morning
and by 4:30 it was 30 degrees. Loved the Colorado skies we had all day long. Karen's farrier was here by 8 to replace one of Angel's shoes.
By the time we got back in the house it was full of sunshine.
That motivated me to start on a crock pot dinner. Cabbage, onions, carrots, polka kielbasa and potatoes.
I had two ripe avocados, so we had avocado toast for lunch.
By then the fire was going....
and we fell into our normal routine,
Evening chore duty. Buttoned all the doors up as we are supposed to get slammed with some snow in a few hours. Could get 1-2 inches per hour. We shall see. This afternoon I make a quick trip to Weggies to make sure I had a good supply of cat food. Also picked up some bedding for Rebel.
Dinner was delicious.
Night all.
PS
The Rochester newspaper (Democrat and Chronicle) gave the Buffalo Bills a ton of press after their incredible win last night. Did you see it? What a game!
