#7323 What a Day!

First of all, it was our 54th anniversary.

After chores I made a quick trip to Weggies and got home in time to get ready to head out to Victor.  Our friends, Jana and Mike, are in Macedon working on their boat so we thought we would meet for lunch at PF Chang's.

We started off with some tea and lettuce wraps.
(I forgot to take a picture of the lettuce wraps...which we shared....my favorite)

We sat across from this big mirror in a booth where Jana and I could hardly touch the floor...but it was very comfortable.
Of course all of our meals were off the charts.

This was inside my fortune cookie.  I'm waiting.......

I'm so glad we met these two 6 years ago when they were cruising the Erie Canal!
Home by two.  It rained the entire time we were gone.

The flowers on the porch and in the gardens are going nuts!

Because of the weather, Summer Serenades was moved from the Welcome Center to St. Lukes church.  Of course the sun came out, but the move was the right thing to do.
Tonight was very different from all the other performances over the past 10 seasons.  We were entertained by the Finger Lakes Opera
and it was amazing!
Elizabeth started things off with some information about the company.
Gary, Terry and Jacquie worked very hard to make sure everything was just right for them.
The move to the church was a great idea as the acoustics there were mind blowing!
Here are some clips.

Such an appreciative audience.

Back home just before dark.

Night all.
