Red is in!

It was below freezing this morning so the front paddock was not quite so bad.

After chores I took a shower and went down to Wegmans to buy a lot of milk
that we donated to the food shelf.  I delivered it at 11 and asked if they received a donation from Spurr's (where I got my new car).  They donated $250 to the food shelf
and have been doing this for several years when a Subaru is sold or leased.  What a great tradition.
When I got back to the farm, the sun was absolutely beautiful.

I was off duty until the board meeting tonight and decided to make some
fresh applesauce as company is coming Friday for a German dinner.
On the menu....the sausage we got at Swan Market (when we went out to lunch),
potato pancakes and red cabbage.

We had an organizational meeting tonight and it was very brief.
2019...here we come.
Night all.
