Interesting how the photos look black and white.
First, the boys went out to the pasture to eat grass through the snow, then they came back under the shed roof to their hay nets.
At 10:30 the spaghetti dinner committee arrived for an update and it lasted until noon.
After lunch Little Wonder and I took a nap.
Then I made a big pot of lasagna Alfredo soup that was loaded with onions, Italian sausage, spinach and mushrooms. It also include 8 pieces of lasagna that I broke into small pieces, chicken stock and homemade Alfredo sauce after the noodles were soft.
Fortunately all the snow melted, but it was still very windy. This time I put the horses in before dinner.
Full of mud as usual. So glad they had their sheets on....it felt very bitter.
Dinner was simple and delicious.
Night all.

We call a late snow like that a fertilizer for the fields. It is called the poor man's fertilizer which releases nitrogen as it melts. :)
That soup sounds and looks delicious! We are supposed to get rain later today. Fingers crossed. I'm familiar with the mud look!
You are having a little touch of winter. I wouldn’t be surprised if we get another too, but fingers crossed. I imagine yiu just put my address in your blogroll to follow. https://anvilcloud.blogspot.com/
I don’t use a blogroll per se, but I gather that is what everyone else does. I have always used a different, older method to track blogs.
