It did not last very long.
At 10:30 I had a Democratic Committee meeting at the library. We have so many daffodils I took a bunch and they put them on one of the book displays.
Stopped at Wegmans on the way home. Our plan for dinner tonight? Jenny, Scott and Cooper were going to come up at 6. I made a ham and a chocolate cream pie and she was making scalloped potatoes and a salad.
She and Scott have now picked up a bug (from their flight home from Florida) so we shared the food and all ate in our own houses so we don't catch anything. Just a quick exchange and it worked out well.
Jenny outdid herself with the salad....one of the best ever.
We also had some of Chet's (the Bread Man) Easter bread.
Chores a little after 7. We had a little more rain but it stopped just in time for me to tuck them in.
Night all.
PS
For some reason....2 weeks from the day I was locked out of FB it came back on again. Let's see if I get in more good trouble. Little Wonder is happy to have his followers back.
As for the political scene....the pot is boiling and maybe the lid will blow off. There was another big protest in Rochester today and I could not get there. Would love to do some drumming at the next one.
It looked like this at Martin Luther King Park. Around 4,000 or more. FIRED UP! READY TO GO!

I'm sorry sickness changed your plans. I hope they recover quickly. I love seeing your horses and dog.
That's too bad your plans didn't work out, but you did manage to salvage the day. Now a bill has been passed in the House requiring a passport to vote. This thing has to blow soon. Thousands showed up in St. Paul again.
God for you for pivoting. No one needs to be sick!
Good luck with your politics. It is so depressing. I hope things... well, what can one say?
Your horses cheer me up!
