Holy Mackerel!

 Woke up to a new blossom.  It's been awhile.

The clouds were wild when LW and I went out to the barn,

It was not too windy so the boys had their hay in the front paddock.

My morning is very different now as I would always go on my computer after chores to see what was happening on FB.  Just checking mail now.  Little Wonder spends more time on the couch instead of near my desk.  I threw out his old bed and today, brought in the one he had in the Studio.

Mid morning we went for a walk as I wanted to check out where Gary planted the blueberries.  You can't see them, but they are to the left of the garlic.

The rhubarb is coming on strong....

and it will take awhile for the raspberries to get going.

It was nice to have sunshine part of the day.  The temperature went up to 49 and will be in the 20s tonight.

My old, sweet Seymour followed me (and LW) wherever we went.  Even tho he has a cancerous tumor in his ear, he keeps hanging on.  Eats very well, can get around and sleeps a lot. I have to clean his ear out everyday....at least once.  He's skinny.

We have daffodils all over the place.

Before dinner I went to Wegmans for a few things.  They have tons of flowers everywhere.

A simple dinner and chores at 7:15.  

It just started to sprinkle and we might get some snow before morning.

Got the boys tucked in and plan to watch the basketball finals in awhile.

Now they are saying 5.2 million people stood up for the protest.  That makes me happy.

It sure is frustrating not being able to get my notifications on FB.  Over 100 are waiting for me.  Now that I know more about 2 factor notification I may go back.

To confirm that the email threatening to lock you out of your account is not a phishing attempt, you can verify that the email is from security@facebookmail.com.

3.4 Million People Stood Up

Grey and bitter for much of the day.   At least 20+ degrees colder than yesterday and going below freezing tonight.

It was dark when I woke up today and when I looked out at the barn, the lights were on!  Last night, just before I finished chores, the power went off and I forgot to turn the light switch off.  Buddy and Rebel must have wondered what the heck was going on.

The wind was back so I put the hay in nets behind the grooming room.

Definately a black coat day.

Watched a few minutes of the women's NCAA finals this afternoon.  UConn was so far ahead we didn't watch the rest.

I had a burst of energy for some reason and did a little mopping of floors and vacuumed the downstairs.  Then I made some coleslaw for dinner.

Gary grilled burgers and I caramelized some onions.

I can't help it...burgers are easy and taste great.

We didn't start a fire until late morning and we usually keep it going until around 10pm.

The boys were in the pasture when I went out to tuck them in.  They left some hay from this morning, so it must be time for me to cut back on it.

They both rolled and had very muddy necks and heads.  Attempted to clean them up and a ton of hair came off.  Will have to finish in the morning.

As expected, the lake in the pasture was fully absorbed by today.

By the way, I was locked out of face book today, so it was not a phishing scam.  Consulted with a very knowledgable IT pal and Jenny to discuss what I should do if I want to get unlocked.  After reading a lot, I have learned a more about it.  Many friends have sent me emails and some will start reading my Journal.  Little Wonder will move to bluesky tonight until I get this sorted out.  Apparently I did not meet their standards and they are worried that I will get hacked.  My take is....big brother did not like all the political posts I reshared.  If I get FB Protect, does that mean I need to back off?

I've been locked out on my phone and computer.  Earlier I had almost 70 notifications and I could not open any of them....that was my first clue.

This is the latest message I received.  Do you know anyone who has also experienced something like this?
