Out to Lunch

A very relaxing day.  We had some sunshine, temperature in the 20s, no snow
and spent a couple hours at lunch with 3 other couples.  All of the men
were students at The College at Brockport in the dark ages (early 60s).
Always a good time.
Woke up to a new blossom.

At noon we met our friends at the Bella Pasta Restaurant in Greece.
A great choice....all of our meals were delicious (we had never been there and would go back).

Of course the women had to listen to a lot of war stories from the old days.

We must have talked for 3 hours.

On the way home we stopped at Wegmans to pick up a few things for tomorrow.
Randy, Roz, Jenny and the boys are coming at 11 and we are going to make Korv,
which is a Swedish sausage.
By the time we headed to the farm the sun was starting to set.

Gary and Jenny went down to Sara's to pick out her Christmas tree.
They all are given names....she picked "Plato."
They already have it in her house, in a stand and ready to be decorated.
I did chores.

 My buddies assisted.
Earlier I slow baked some homemade croutons
and made a pot of sauce for tomorrow's lunch.
Little Wonder and Phoebe had peas for dinner.  We are on our own
after going out for lunch.....not that hungry.
I have a feeling that tonight is going to look like this.

Night all.
