“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” — Elliott Erwitt

Brittney came up this morning to help with picking, mowing and more.
Kris dropped off Shea for class.

 (drawing by Shea)

Had to drag myself off the couch to go swimming....lazy.  Picked up Mary Pat on the way.
It sure felt good after missing out yesterday.
 Home....evening chores.

Out to Hamlin for dinner with Randy and Arlene.
Great meal!  I am making this in the near future.  A veggie casserole.
Zucchini, potatoes, onions, peppers layered...add some mozzarella and a little ricotta.
Start and end with red sauce and meatballs.  Like a real veggie lasagna.
Gary made the salad....from our garden.
Home by 9 and ready to tune in to the Olympics.
Night all.

  1. Oh how I admire your art class members. Such talent! Thanks for a lovely day on your farm, Lori. (((Hugs))) Jo

  2. You sure are living a full life. It is so lovely to see how much the students are enjoying the class and how good their work is.

  3. Great Pictures!

  4. I so love looking at your art class posts... Everything is so beautiful and the smiles on everyone's face says a lot. Creating something should always be fun! Love it. That veggie casserole looks fantastic!

  5. I really like the bear drawing. Will be nice to see it finished. Sorry I haven't been around... my Internet is so spotty and slow... photo heavy blogs barely load half the photos, but for some reason tonight I am having some luck so I'm playing catch-up. Hope you are well.
