“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” — Elliott Erwitt

 Up and at 'um.
Today I went to physical therapy first....then swimming.
Arrived at the pool around 11:30.  Carol's dogs were keeping an eye on us,
 and Tabby was nearby.
Gary went to Java while I was at PT and read his paper while I went swimming.

I finally managed to get a shot of Roger....
and Tina....who have the best spa in town.
The sky was gorgeous for much of the day.

Gary has managed to do some gardening the past few days.
Brittney came up to help late afternoon...yey!!!!!!!

I did evening chores....
and made a simple dinner.  Gary wanted squash.
(by the way, he made another batch of sauce today...the house smelled divine)

Every veggie was from our garden.

Got a news flash from my beautiful cub reporter....
she will have surgery on Wednesday.
Night all.

  1. Great photos. Isn't this weather divine? The summer squash looks so good.

  2. Dinner looks delicious! Brett needs to take some cooking lessons from Gary -- the only thing he knows how to cook are scrambled eggs (and they are divine). Gary looks to be quite the chef... Thanks for the compliment (and comment) on my poetry. :)

  3. Wasn't it a beautiful day today? And your pics and food look yum!

  4. For some reason...I always have to get something to eat after visiting..Ha ha..Your gardens are beautiful! Getting ready to make some sauce here too.

  5. Everything looks really fresh and amazing.
