“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” — Elliott Erwitt

After nearly a month of grey skies we have had two mornings in a row with some color.

7:15-8:15am at Skoog Farm....what a gift.

Happy New Year everyone!

  1. Great photos, the colors in the clouds are wonderful, Happy New Year!

  2. Same around here. Those clouds at dawn and twilight provide so many fabulous sights.

  3. What a glorious sky that is. I notice that after many grey skies, when we get some color it seems brighter and prettier than ever :) Happy New Year Skoog Farm!

  4. Beautiful color, and that lovely bit of blue sky yesterday. None of that here today, but, thanks to your pictures, wonderful memories of lightness and brightness.

    Happy New Year!

  5. Great photos of a beautiful sky, Lori. I'm glad to have "met" you through Esther's blog. Thanks for your regular visits to my blog and for your kind comments. Happy New Year to you and your loved ones, not forgetting the fourlegged critters on the farm. Jo

  6. Lovely skies Lori, but this isn't really a comment. It's to wish you and yours a very Happy and Healthy New Year.

    Warm Regards, Ann and Mike.
