Definately not a picture taking day for me.  However!  Kathy put Buddy and Cotton together this morning and sent me these photos.

I'm so happy that they have each other.

I ran errands around 10 and got Gary a watch to keep track of his steps.

Jenny and Scott had to come up and help him figure out how to set it up.  A success.  It is capable of doing a gazillion things....but he is not interested.

While I was eating lunch I had another left lower back zap....don't know if you would call it a spasm or just a pulled muscle that I irritated the heck out of (again) from dragging some hay around yesterday.  It took a lot of stretching, walking, heat and ibuprofen to be able to get around.  Tried to relax with my buddies,

Jenny and Scott left around 5 and I managed to put a dinner together.  Ironically a memory showed up on FB with a picture of this same meal on this day in 2022.

Pork medallions with carrots and onions in an orange sauce, rice and a salad with oranges and bananas.

I'm going to continue doing nothing and will go put my butt next to the fire.
