Wow! Sunrise was very dramatic around here and there were all kinds of photos posted on FB from this area.
The moon was still in the sky,
Once again my back was bugging me. This time I worked it out with stretching and walking. I even rode my trike around the driveway in my PJs.
At one point the temperature was around 72 degrees and absolutely gorgeous all day.
At 3 I went to my appointment with the massage therapist. Boy did I ever need it.
Hopefully I can stay ahead of these back issues. (Muscular....probably because I am tight from not doing all the physical stuff in the barn where I would loosen up each morning).
On the way home I stopped at The Rooster for a large pizza with one topping for ten bucks. A deal I could not pass up.
So much beautiful light again.
