Another day with sunshine morning 'til night. Still in the mid 20s.
Sidney has breakfast then goes over to warm up by the heater....he does this every morning.
Little Wonder eats, then he gets on my lap and has 3 little carrots.
We sit there and catch up on the latest news and my emails.
Sid actually wanted to go out a couple times today. Not for long tho....the sun had him faked out.
I went over to the Studio to see how much stuff was stored in there for the winter. Want to get it out before the photo shoot on the 19th. It's such a great space. That's when it dawned on me that one thing I can do to give me purpose is teaching again.
Ironically, this showed up in my Facebook memories today.
To all my Brockport friends and pals of my students. Save the date! We are looking for a good turnout. Students and Friends of the SKOOG FARM WORKSHOP will present a Retrospective at A DIFFERENT PATH GALLERY (Market Street in Brockport) Please join us for the opening on April 11th from 6-9 pm. Featured artists are Tina Eibl, Donna Mancuso, Jean Sauberan, Sandy Clark, Connie and Tom Bonner, Brenda and Al Cretney, Joanne Gilbert-Cannon, Kendra Gemmett,, Dick Fry, Mel Burch, Rudy Aceto, Judy Perkins, Amy Harris and Cary Corea (I may throw in a few photographs).
Here are some examples of pieces that were in that show.
Most were done by my students (all of retirement age) and I invited a couple of friends to join us.
Yep! That is one thing I am going to do and I can't wait to get started.
By evening almost all of the snow was gone.
I made a salad and ham with scalloped potatoes for dinner.
Comfort food.
The moon showed up early and tomorrow I want to get up by 6:30 as the sky should be looking red before there is an eclipse.
Here is my command central....where I create my posts.
Little Wonder always joins me.
Night all.
