I was busy much of the day. As expected, it was in the 30s and SO WINDY!
Once again I did not sleep well and got off to a slow start, ending up at the library for bridge at 1. My partner and I came in first!
From there I went out to Buddy's new farm to get ready for his arrival. Kathy and Cotton kept me company.
This is Buddy's new stall.....all set up with shavings, hay and water.
He will also have this run in area once he gets into his new groove
Carol and I got there around 5:30 and Andrea and Buddy arrived around 6.
By then, we were all freezing!
After Carol and Andrea left, Kathy and I stayed with the horses and
let Buddy have access to the run in area so he could meet Cotton face to face,
Fortunately they remained very calm. I think they will be good pals.
I left around 7 and below is the view toward their back pastures.
We sure don't have this view at our house. I had to stop along the way.
Little Wonder got in the car with me when I got home and we went to Brockport for some junk food to go.
So happy to have a good fire going in the kitchen.
Night all.
