Not quite as hot today, but the humidity was still there.
Leslie and I did morning chores and then made a quick trip to Tractor Supply and Wegmans. We thought about going out to dinner, but switched to lunch and drove to Main Street Pizza in Batavia. Smart move....everything was delicious.
On the way. home we stopped at Greg'rys in Bergen for some of their cookies.
We did get some rain last night....not enough by a long shot. Gary spent much of the day spiffing up his gardens as the Garden Club was coming for a tour at 6pm. There must have been at least fourteen people and they looked at everything including the horses. They were very understanding of the dryness.
Chores at 7:30.
Sabine is staying down at the lake until Saturday, and they are having a ball swimming, walking, canoeing, tubing and playing games. Ariana went home this morning.
Night all.

They do seem to be happy at the lake! There is never a dull moment at Casa Skoog, more gardeners strolling through Gary's glorious flowers. We can't shake the humidity even with the cooler temps.
Garden visits, a HUGE amount of work before this happens, here there will be a big garden tour in November, and some gardeners started planning last year.Lake time, wonderful for them all.
