A Full Day...as usual

A nice cool morning that ended up at 90 degrees.

Mid morning Leslie and I went around the corner to pick some peaches.  Didn't get many as they were as hard as rocks.  In a few days they should ripen.
Jenny called and said they were on their way home from the lake.  They arrived early afternoon and looked like a caravan.  She, Sabine and Scott were in the truck....in the back was a canoe, a chest freezer and the rest was packed solid with tables, bags and boxes.

Sabine had taken the remaining flowers from the wedding and made a bouquet.  They were still beautiful.

I'm sure it took a very long time to unpack the truck and boat.
At 4pm Gary, Leslie and I went down to the corner of Routes 19 and 31 for a protest.

There were many honks and several birds were given to us.  We just said thank you.

Home a little after 5....dinner at 7:30.  A repeat of the pasta/lemon dinner with zucchini, bread and a salad.
Chores around 8:15.  It was getting dark.

The temperature dropped and it's time to open some windows.
Night all.
