Yuck! 22 degrees and the wind was so strong it felt like -3.
When I got back in the house after chores, Daniela was ready to go to a yoga class at the college with Jenny and Coop. Eventually, Little Wonder and I took a trip to the bank.
After lunch I started watching a new Netflix series and could not stay awake....kept having to rewind. We stayed up late last night and I was up a little before 6 this morning. Daniela returned late afternoon and we sat by the fire and chatted until dinner.
She has not been here for almost 3 years, so we had a lot of catching up to do. Fortunately we have communicated many times in between and she is an absolute pleasure.
I forgot my phone when I tucked the boys in, so no photos. It was SO COLD!
How about all that grass showing?
Gary told Daniela about the ring that was found in a garden in Jamestown, that belonged to his grandmother. She tried it on and it fit perfectly.
Leftover spags and a salad for dinner.
Gary made us chocolate Sundays for dinner.
Now Daniela is back out with Jenny, Scott and Coop and I am going to crash.

But first. About yesterday.
You had to know that the attack on Zelenskyy was planned in advance so that
Putin could watch the performance and see how ridiculous Agent Orange and Shady Vance looked to America and the rest of the world. More lies, no diplomacy and a total embarrassment. The response has been amazing and I don't think most Americans are going to take this much longer. Congress is starting to crack a little and let's hope more are willing to save us before it is too late. For us to reject all of the countries that care about democracy and turn toward Russia is incredible. T and V do not represent me or most people I know. Anyone who thinks what is going on is ok must not understand what it would be like to live under a dictatorship. I am still making calls to elected Repubs in Congress as there is so much more to say. Please speak up.

Agent Orange and Shady Vance, it almost sounds like a Western Movie, if only it was not so real.planned for sure. Our ( and I think that stands for so many worldwide ) Ukraine leader did so well to be polite, walk out with dignity, and the next day be in the UK, where so many leaders stand tall with him. Jean sent me to read your comment! It really is awful in the US. I heard that McConnell warned President Zelenskyy "not to take the bait." It is a shameful way to run a country.
Hi Jenn, so good to see you here. A warning beforehand was well heeded, he was careful in the extreme not to get rattled, not to shout, not to wave his hands high, or to interrupt. VZ is a brave man, facing so much terror and turmoil and more, he said thankyou mnany times, maybe Agent Orange has selective hearing.!!!
