When we got back in the house I did a couple loads of wash, watched the last segment of my Netflix series and started working on tonight's dinner. There was a Winter serenades concert this afternoon so Gary left at 1:15. I tried to record it but the sound quality was horrible and it was a bust.
Chores at 5:45.
Love that sound.
It started to snow again.
I prepared a pork loin roast stuffed with dried apricots, craisins, onion and apples. Getting it rolled was quite a challenge.

Jenny, Scott,, Finn and Coop arrived around 6:15 and we finished making everything. They brought pirogies, green beens, potato pancakes and caramelized onions.
I made the roast, sauerkraut and fried apples.
We toasted Daniela! So nice having this time together! Family dinners are the best.
What a feast.
After dinner we sat by the fire and had some fun discussions.
Cousins!
Night all.
