At least there was no wind this morning
After chores I did some laundry and went to Wegmans for a few things.
Determined to make a banana cream pie today.
Fortunately there was a fire going in the kitchen.
Little Wonder and I took it easy, but he was the only one to catch a nap.
Gary worked outside most of the day, picking up sticks, raking and planning for a place to plant some blueberries.
I made potato salad for dinner....cut up some little tomatoes on the top and drizzled them with balsamic dressing.
Also baked a couple of chicken thighs. Simple and so good.
It was raining, so I tucked the boys in a little early.
Now it's time for a piece of that pie!

I can't even believe what's going on in Washington. Did you see the hearings at all? Could not believe the answers that were given. Such inept rookies. Between that and all the deportations, our country looks out of control....because it is. Trouble is brewing.

Hopefully you get some warm weather soon. We had 80 here yesterday and it is much cooler here today with rain and snow coming again.
We have much needed rain coming in today. The law and order crowd can't find a law or order they respect. Except the Tsar's orders.
