Bread

It was bitterly cold today.  Started off grey and windy, then sunshine and still brisk.

The boys switched from their PJs to sheets.  These big temperature changes are making me nervous.

When Buddy and Rebel get turned out for hay, Rebel goes right for it and Buddy heads out to the pasture.

Little Wonder needed his black coat this morning and I wore my winter jacket.

These two love to get on the bed in the morning and don't want me to make it.

This is not pretty, but it's the first time I've made bread in decades and the recipe came from my friend Sandra (who is a master at this).  Tastes darn good!  At first I thought it was going to be like a brick....I am not good at kneading and it looks it.  

I also got dinner started in the crock pot.  BBQued pork with onions and carrots.

Really appreciated the sun coming out.  My brain needs a reboot.

The daffodils are growing like crazy....so glad it did not snow today.

Dinner was delicious. 

Chores at 7 and both boys were an absolute mess from rolling.

Got them tucked in and headed back to the house by 7:20.  The sky to the East was beautiful.
