The temperature was fine, but wow! Did we ever get a blast of heavy wind and rain this afternoon.
Rebel could not find the hay this morning as I put it in nets under the shed roof so it would not blow away.
The hay we got yesterday is beautiful. Hopefully it will be enough until I need it this season.
After chores I ran several errands in Brockport. Saw these flowers blooming along the way. Not bad for March...and we may get snow tomorrow.
Stopped at Tractor supply for grain, beet pulp, cookies and a new fork....then a quickie at Wegmans. The sky was looking ominous on the way home.
This afternoon the wind started blowing harder and harder.
Gary went down to Winter Serenades and I stayed home.
Glad I did.
Just about the time the concert started we had some very wild weather with storm advisories....thunder and the strongest winds I can remember.
Rebel and Buddy did not respond to my whistle and got soaked.
I finally had to bribe them with some grain.
A couple hours later things quieted down and I turned them back out.
By then we had a little sunshine.
Evening chores at 7. They were still a little wet and the temperature started dropping.
Put them back in their PJs and they will need sheets in the morning as it will be in the 30s.
Leftover cabbage soup for dinner, with apples, cheddar cheese and pumpernickel bread.
Night all.

I promise that I did not send that wild weather, though we had it too.
That sounds like what we had a few days ago. The wind roared. LW is enjoying himself in the wind.
