This is Little Wonder's Yorkie look. Every morning he has five little carrot strips before we go out to the barn and here, he was waiting for one.
He needed his black coat today since the wind was crazy again.
I put the hay in nets and behind the grooming room so it would not blow away.
95% of the snow has melted and I hope we don't get much more.
Daniela and Gary went outside and braved the cold to cut back the raspberry bushes. They are hidden behind the pine trees.
When they got back in the house, we watched another episode of "The Morning Show." I really like this series.
Daniela packed a lunch for the plane and got ready to head to the airport.
We had such a good time with her! How many grandkids want to leave Florida and the beach to come to their grandparents farm during their spring break? Quite an adjustment to the weather, but she was very game. We are so fortunate to have all four of our grandkids around when they are not teaching or at their colleges.
After she left, LW, Seymour, Sidney and I watched one more episode.
Then it was chore time.
Not cooking.
Night all.

Those goodbyes are SO hard. But with today's technology, Facetime, and so much more, keeping in touch often is a breeze compared to the days of snail mail by boat, road, or maybe plane. Looks like you might be getting warmer days.
We have a grand daughter that visits more often than her parents do, she takes time off from work to come and spend a special weekend or her birthday with us.
Grown up grands are really quite awesome...as well as the littles!
You are fortunate to have a close, loving family. I adore LW! I didn't cook last evening, either.
