Muddy, grey and boot sucking....
Rebel and the girls were ready for breakfast this morning.
The front paddock is such a mess, it's hard to find a place to put the hay.
They seem to prefer eating it out there instead of under the shed roof where it is dry.
Gary helped me with stalls this morning, which made everything go much faster.
Company for lunch, so I made another rustic apple tart.
I also made a salad,
and Karen brought spicy shrimp
and leek and potato soup.
Delish!
We have been trying to do this for three Mondays in a row
and Gene still did not make it!
When she left, it was nap time.
Chicken salad sandwiches for dinner.
