Are we ever going to see sunshine?
I really took it easy today.
Our jam (Nancy and Lori) was cancelled so I was free to do whatever.
Went to the grocery store...
and made applesauce.
One jar for Jenny....one for us.
Gary had a board meeting, so I kept doing nothing.

Sometimes "doing nothing" is the best way to go. Especially this time of year if you can.
Dear Lori, you seem--to me--to lead such a busy life, filled with the chores of feeding the horses and taking care of them and the dogs and the cat as well as teaching drawing/painting and cooking delicious meals and attending so many functions in your hometown! I wonder if the day of total relaxation left you asking, "What do I need to be doing now?" or if you were able to just sink into the arc of restful time and be. Out of that rest, I bet, came renewed creativity! Peace.
