Berlin was not herself this morning (off her feed),
but seemed to manage as the day went on.
There was a huge drop in temperature from yesterday and
on top of that it was very windy.
(colic weather)
After chores I went out for grain and shavings, then started organizing things for Christmas Eve as we have over
30 people coming for a pot luck dinner.
I had chore duty tonight....
and Berlin seemed more interested in her food.
Speaking of food, we had sloppy Joes, corn and I did not have the energy to make
a salad. So we settled on homemade applesauce.
Now the fire is going and I am ready to put on some PJs
and get out there with my buddies.

Hope Berlin is feeling better today. Sounds like you're going to be very busy for a few days getting ready for lots of company.
Our mule Mica seems pretty sensitive to the weather changes too. I'm keeping an eye out on everyone as we will have temps perhaps in the 40's by Thursday and then rain and whatnot. We won't be having any company, quiet here.
