THE WEATHERMAN COVERED THE WATERFRONT....

Just after I got out to the barn, I heard thunder, so I put some hay under the shed roof.  Gary helped with chores and we were done early and went down to Java Junction for breakfast.  I always get poached eggs on whole wheat toast with homefries and a small OJ.  Gary sticks with scrambled eggs and coffee (with the homefries and wholewheat toast).  I know how anxious you all must have been, wondering what we would order....  The dogs went with us and napped in the car, as we wanted to go for a walk with them down by the Canal.

Theses two shots are of backs of buildings that face Main Street.  I find them very interesting.

Phoebe and the Gucci think going on a leash is very special.

There is still enough water in the Canal to keep the ducks happy.

In a few weeks it will be filled....

The Welcome Center is waiting for some activity.

The ducks are quite comfortable walking around the grounds next to the Canal.

It started to rain after we were 10 minutes into our walk, so we headed back to the farm.

The sky turned grey and the wind started to blow.

Little green things are growing up quickly, now that we have had several days near 60.

I brought home a few flowers from the event last night.  It's nice to have something on the kitchen table.

After watching a movie (with the fire going), it was hard to get off the couch to do evening chores....but I did.  And what do ya know...the sun came out and it was beautiful.

"Hello from Skoog Farm."

The sky cleared right up....

The dogs were looking for any manure I may have missed when I picked the paddock....

...and on our way back to the house, they looked up in one of the pine trees, and there was Bermuda...waiting for a photo shoot (for the Coyote up in Philly).  Two days in a row!!!

We finally made it back to the house, and I am hoping that my cat is now safely on the ground.

That's all she wrote!  Goodnight sportsfans....

We got the rain and thunder and lightning last night and today is so windy. Love the pictures but especially the cat in the tree. Do you think Bermuda thinks she's/he's? a real tiger just waiting to pounce. That is one huge cat.

The cat in the tree does not seem pleased. Is it because of the dogs ?
Here it's a march weather : sun, rain and wind. We can have the three in the same day. The grass is growing fast.
See you soon
