It was the day of the mosquito. Grey, rainy off and on and I needed my umbrella to get out to the barn.
Gary met his pals for coffee, then came home and picked chive blossoms and rhubarb to take out to a local shop. He got soaked!
I was not very productive, but did make a nice big pot of beef stroganoff for dinner.
Late afternoon I had to go out and put masks back on Buddy and Rebel. When they roll to get rid of the bugs they come off.
Gary picked more strawberries today. I'm going to make a no bake strawberry pie this week.
Dinner was delicious and I have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow. That's good, as Gary and Jenny are going to spend part of the day in Rochester for a house or garden tour....can't remember. I am taking three of my drums down to Sagawa Park for a Teach Truth Day of Action sponsored by the Westside Monroe County Indivisible Group (which I am a part of). There will be a drum circle and that should be fun, since I have not drummed in ages.
Chores at 8:30.
I've been getting up before 6am and it's catching up with me.
Night all.
