And now the temperature is rising. 83 today. My friends who live in Minnesota and Wisconsin keep sending me their weather.
After chores I picked more strawberries for Carol and Topper as they were supposed to come into the village today. There were so many Gary picked a second quart.
I also made a giant bowl of watermelon and green grapes so we can have a cold snack available for hot days.
Finn came up at 10:30. He and Gary continued to work on the gardens until lunch time.
There were enough strawberries for me to make another no bake pie.
We decided to work on the back porch and brought out a different table. Not so crowded now.
Carol and Topper did not make it so I cut up their strawberries and put them in the freezer. They will pick them up tomorrow,
Soft tacos for dinner. Yum.
When it was chore time, Little Wonder said no way.
Tucked the boys in a little early. I hope it cools off tonight.
The table that was on the porch is now back by the pickett fence and there is a place for our umbrella.
Gary likes to sit there because of the breeze.
