Short and Sweet

We started out around 37 degrees with grey skies and the temperature keep dropping as the day went on.

After a quick trip to Tractor Supply and Wegmans, I accomplished very little....other than gathering up some of my photos for a post.

By mid afternoon I made myself start on dinner.  We have not had this in ages.

Cauliflower, celery, onions and carrots par boiled and covered with a cheese sauce.

Put it in the oven before evening chores.

Before serving, I threw on a couple of chopped hard boiled eggs and some fresh ground pepper.

So good.  We were due for a vegetarian meal,
