Grey. Rain. High Winds.
Yesterday Gary brought home a beautiful wreath from Sara's, which is hanging
on a Bill Stewart sculpture outside the kitchen door. A new tradition.
We had a She Sings rehearsal here today.
One of our members has not been available for a couple sessions, but we are still working on new material. There is a lot to learn and we are still acoustic....which will change as soon as we have a handle on these new songs. Should sound much better when we are plugged in. So much fun.
We sing so many different kinds of songs, we are going to have to be billed as "She Sings Potpourri."
I made an omelette in the oven for dinner....caramelized onions, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, cubed potatoes and topped with a little extra sharp cheddar cheese.
That and some toast was just right.
I wonder how long these carnations are going to last.
Jenny, Scott, Finn and Coop are coming for a Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow night.
It's going to be a busy morning.
Night all.
The wind is out of control at the moment.
I wonder if the power will go off.

Midwinter I start to bring home carnations each week or so to brighten things up around the house.
Love the singing!
Our weather was frightful for a bit but looks quiet and peaceful for today.
Nothing special going on here at all.
