It rained the entire day and we are a muddy mess.
Gary has moved some of the leaves and part of the garden is covered.
I'll bet the pile won't look like this tomorrow morning.
I brought in a whole bunch of shavings bags today, as we are going to recycle them
in the house. They fit perfectly in our kitchen garbage bin. We also compost, and all
that goes out to the manure pile.
Another new blossom...it's a beauty.
Once again, I am very grateful that we put that shed roof on the barn when we moved here.
Rebel and the girls were under it most of the day, eating from their hay nets.
The temperature was in the mid 60s. Could be in the 30s tomorrow morning.
Got to watch out for colic.
Check this out. We are still getting strawberries from the plants in pots.
I ran a couple of errands and had to close the side door to the indoor so the wind (could be up to
65 mph) does not push in some water. What a mess.
Wegmans thin crust pizza for dinner (the parking lot there was like a river). Gary sautéed some peppers and onions for a topping. We really prefer thin crust.
Simple and delicious.
Now I'm going to look for some candles in case we lose power
Night all.

Hope you stay a bit drier. We are getting a few strawberries each day, but the real flavour kicks in when they get more sunshine. All those leaves!!! Someone would have huge fun jumping in.
