A pretty grey and muggy day with a prediction for a thunderstorm and maybe some hail.
I decided to mow the lawn before any of that happened.
The hollyhocks were so heavy they fell to the ground....but still beautiful.
Gary put a lot of time in, working on the flower gardens today.
We had a great Sunday Jam session, but I had to leave early to go to a birthday celebration.
We were very happy to have Doug with us and his bass sure made a difference.
Working on many new songs and we will be playing at the Arts Festival in August.
I got home at 2:30 and we left for the party right away.
It was at Scott's Mom's house and you have been there before with us.
As per usual, Donna prepared a delicious meal. She and Steve are always such great hosts.
Gary was in a very "entertaining" mood and brought
out a lot of laughs.
Home by 6:30.
Phoebe and Little Wonder were very happy to get outside.
Fortunately, Karen did chores tonight.
Night all.
PS
We finished the "Bosch" series....ALL three seasons.
Now we are on the prowl for a new one.
Any suggestions?

It seems like you have such a great community and network of friends.
A birthday celebration is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Hope those storms missed you, they didn't miss us, but I'm trying to not complain, we need the rain!
A great day! Happy Birthday to everyone!
I recommend Line of Duty, on Netflix.
Line of Duty is one of my favorites.
