Up early again....
Look who slept in her manure!
Gorgeous day.
Abbe kept wanting me to take her picture.
After chores I picked some rhubarb.
and made some meat sauce with a little red wine.
Called Sally to see if she wanted a taste.
Made a yummy salad....
Gary finished painting and I did the evening chores.
Sally arrived at 6....
and we sat right down for dinner.
Most of the time we have vegetarian sauce, but not tonight.
Used some of that rhubarb for dessert. Makes you pucker up...one of those stop it I love it tastes.
After dinner Sally wanted to visit the ponies.
I gave up on taking more pictures as I could not post anything. VERY frustrating since it is the first day I missed in over three years. Watched Idol and was very disappointed with who got dumped...I thought he would win the whole deal. I'll catch up later.

Thanks, Lori...That was one yummy dinner and rhubarb, too!!!
Mmmm, dinner looks good enough to eat. But, I tried licking the monitor and the taste just doesn't come through!
We're have 'sghetti' tonight! (Hubby's choice!)
I've seriously got to relocate. Here I was so excited that my rhubarb is a couple inches tall, you know, just poking out of the dirt. You are a good two months ahead of me.
Do you wash the horses when they lay in manure or leave it? Just curious since I don't have horses.
Oh man, that dinner looks great. I want a taste. Me! Me! Me! Catching the next flight out...
For the blogger to 'go down' worldwide like that was very frustrating! Still, it's good to be back in touch again.
Warm regards, Mike and Ann.
Oh, I do love that Abbe, and all the lush and yum photos.
