A LITTLE RAIN...A LITTLE SHINE

6:30am......

Got out to the barn about 7:30 and whipped through the stalls.  Mulched the front paddock

Phoebe and Gucci assisted.

It was a tomato picking day...more sauce is coming up.

We were invited over to Christina's World for dinner, along with the Duncans.  Roger outdid himself with a German dinner.  Bratwurst, German Potato Salad, greenbeans....and I made a garden salad.

Ute made a fabulous blueberry tart for dessert...topped with whipped cream.

As per usual, the house looked like a page out of Architectural Digest.

DJ was a perfect gentleman and agreed to pose for me.

Home by 8:30.

Look at who is sleeping under my desk!

I am determined to get to bed early.  Night all.

By the way, Mary Pat and Scott came up to the farm to get some horse manure for their gardens.  May they come again and again....
