I guess it could be worse.
I planned on making cabbage soup, so I decided to pick some carrots from the garden.
They were huge and weirdly shaped.
The ingredients.
Onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, potatoes, kielbasa, a bag of our homemade sauce,
a little chicken stock, cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and celery salt.
Sweet and sour.....
Our home grown potatoes look green.
Delicious....
Plenty of leftovers.

30F, is -1 Celsius, way too cold for comfort. Guess the doggies will stay indoors till it warms up later each morning now. Are the snowshoes or skis ready?
We warmed back up after days of cold! No sense to the weather. But I see you had some flurries too.
I may have to learn how to cook more meals, your food looks amazing.
