Post #7017 The Blue Barn Cidery

This morning I picked green and red tomatoes, raspberries, green peppers and rhubarb to prepare a basket/birthday present for our friend Carol B.

Phoebe and Little Wonder assisted.
At 12:30 we left for the Blue Barn Cidery to celebrate the birthdays of Carol and Gary.

I was very impressed.  The place is huge, has several buildings and a U pick Orchard.

It was spotless, well set up and had plenty of seating options.

We started off outside, but it got too windy....

and we ended up inside.  The entire East end was open and there were not
many people there yet, so we felt pretty comfortable

Jenny recommended the place and we followed her menu orders.
Lunch was decadent...
Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches with a side salad and bacon ranch fries to share.
Outrageous.

We got home a little after three as the farrier was coming at 3:30. The appointment was postponed until tomorrow, as her pony was colicking.

Now, we are going to continue doing nothing......

Night all.
