A warmish start to the day...around 40.
Phoebe and Little Wonder joined me for chores.
I had to grab a few things out of the Studio before we went in the house.
Sure do miss that space during the winter months.
Right now we are storing our bikes and some other equipment in there.
The pups were expecting my students.
During class it started to pour like crazy.
Steve decided to join us and I started him out with contour line drawings followed by an upside down drawing. Do you know about blind and modified contour drawings?
My goal was to get him into the right side of his brain.
I can already tell that he is going to be a quick study.
When class ended, I put on my high boots and went out to put the horses in. They were already soaked.....and refused to cooperate. I just don't get it, and decided to try again later.
What a mess.
I let the dogs out for a minute....
and at 2, was determined to catch one of the horses and lead them in.
Can you believe Berlin?????Standing in the water!!!!!!
while it's pouring!!!!!
I finally got a rope around Abbe's neck and led her in....the other three followed.
They all were in dire need of a dry blanket, hay and more water.
Little Wonder and Phoebe were not all that excited about wet everything.
Gary made us French toast for dinner and it tasted great!
After that, I had an extra long workshop meeting at the Town Hall.
Time to do nothing.
Night all.

I can never understand why they choose to stay out in the rain either. Guess it doesn't bother them. Wish I was able to draw but I'm hopeless. Don't know where my daughter gets her talent from but it's not me. French Toast is my absolute favorite, especially when someone else makes it!
Oh my dawg where is your rain bonnet
Lily & Edward
All our horses (except Princess Lucy) love to stand in the rain. So silly.
