Eventually the sky was bright.
This afternoon all 4 of our grandkids had a chance to spend some time together down at Jenny's.
I mowed the lawn since we are supposed to get more rain tomorrow. Fortunately the outdoor arena is holding it's own. Let's see what happens.
Whenever Steph and the girls are in town, we grab Jenny, Finn and Coop and have our annual wing night down at the Stoneyard.
There were quite a few boats docked over at the Welcome Center.
We had hot wings, country sweet wings, BBQ wings and Garlic Parmesan wings.
When we got back to the farm Karen was unloading 20 VERY HEAVY bales of hay.
Ariana came out to help.
Karen brought along Rosie....she is dog sitting. What a sweet girl.
After I tucked the girls in I offered Karen a piece of Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, and Ariana had a brownie. One left for Daniela.
I'm still full and sleepy.
