So Long Highmark...

I woke up at 3:30am as Daniela was being picked up by Jenny at 4:00am.  She had a flight out of Rochester to Nashville.  Obviously, I am pretty tired as I did not fall back to sleep.

Chores as usual.  Not quite so cold.

Gary went to Brockport for coffee and when he got home Little Wonder and I went down to the bank.
Ariana and Kurt were getting organized for their trip home and had to take back the rental car they used to take everyone to the game yesterday.  They also stopped at Jenny's and went out to lunch before coming home.
I worked on a nap, and was not very successful.
I had a 3pm appointment with the massage therapist and boy did I need it.  Right after I left, Kurt and Ariana took off for the airport for their flight back to LV.
Home in time for evening chores.

I did not make a real dinner....just some leftover chicken and gravy on toast.  We did a couple loads of laundry and changed some sheets.  Now it is very quiet around here.  Daniela made it to Nashville and Ariana and Kurt are still in the air.
Here are a few shots that were taken at the Bills game.  They sure had a great time.
Talk about ironic....see that guy in the bibs?  When our crew finally found a parking spot....who got out of a car at the same time....Ariana and Daniela's cousin, who lives in Buffalo.  Over 80,000 people and they were right next to each other having no clue either was going to the game.

Word has it that this was a very emotional end of the evening with many tears, as this was the last game in this stadium....moving to a new one across the street next fall.  I don't think there is a team with more loyal followers than Buffalo.
Night all.

I agree Lori that the followers of the Bills are very devoted. It’s amazing your family flies here and attends the games too. I’m sure having a quiet house will be an adjustment for a couple of days but it all looked like fun times. Kathy

I bet it feels odd to have them gone. You have a few wonderful days filled with lots of fun. Just looking at you all at the table showed the happiness.
